Summarizing the past: thorns and sunshine coexist

General Manager Tang Jun spoke first, introducing the company's achievements over the past year and proudly stating that the company's new technology has brought surprises to the global audio industry. During recent overseas exhibitions - the CES exhibition in the United States, the BETT exhibition in the UK, and the ISE exhibition in the Netherlands - Guobiao Technology's new long-distance wireless audio transmission technology impressed foreign exhibitors and was praised by renowned musicians and music companies. At the exhibitions, contracts were signed with multiple local schools and overseas agents.

2018 was a year full of challenges. SOYO Technology's products have entered the fields of educational equipment, tourism, cultural heritage, and professional audio, but at the same time faced huge market challenges. New Product Training: All Staff Recharged, Ready to Go

The meeting introduced and trained on the company's new products and technologies. The business personnel gained a fresh understanding of the company's technological breakthroughs. SOYO Technology's latest developed kilometer-level high-fidelity audio transmission technology can achieve lossless wireless audio transmission over 1000 meters, with a sampling rate up to 96K, supporting simultaneous transmission on more than 10 channels without interference.

Based on the latest audio transmission technology, Guanyu Technology has produced 5.8G wireless microphone systems, 2.4G wireless audio transceivers, 5.8G wireless audio transceivers, Bluetooth microphones, slide rail speakers, mixers, and other new audio products widely used in schools, scenic areas, museums, large conferences, and outdoor activities, with broad market space.

The meeting conducted on-site assessments, where five judges scored the salespersons on their presentation of product features, advantages, customer explanation methods, and hands-on operation performance. The salespersons spoke confidently about the products with different styles, some mature and steady, some humorous, and even when encountering problems during operations, they resolved them cleverly and timely, drawing rounds of applause from the audience from time to time.

Looking to the future: building the first wireless intelligent audio unicorn enterprise in the field of artificial intelligence

On the final day of the meeting, all sales staff and backend support departments (Customer Service, Technical Support, and Planning) held group meetings. Colleagues spoke freely, sharing their work experiences and feelings, and offering suggestions to the company. Sales personnel participated in planning the company's future channels, proposed new ideas regarding the incentive and reward/punishment system, and initially formed a new channel strategy and performance appraisal system. Colleagues from various departments boldly pointed out problems in the work process and jointly discussed solutions.

The leadership stated that SOYO Technology is a big family. Every department must stay closely connected, share information, and cooperate for mutual benefit. Only by working together—with frontline sales fighting hard and backend staff providing strong support—can we maximize our advantages.
