Product Description
Device Cloud and Audio Value-Added Services is a cloud-based management and value-added service platform for enterprise-grade audio devices. The platform provides unified device management, enabling real-time visibility into terminal online status, receipt of fault alerts, and support for remote upgrades and tiered user permission management, greatly reducing O&M costs. Through the audio routing and business orchestration engine, audio connections can be automatically scheduled according to rules such as terminal groups, time periods, and events, achieving centralized audio scheduling across campuses, parks, and stores. The platform also offers a rich set of audio value-added services; enterprises can activate AI function packages such as speech recognition, machine translation, and speech synthesis on demand, flexibly adapting to scenarios including conferences, broadcasting, and guided tours. In terms of capacity, it supports multi-tenancy and private deployment, with AI services metered by usage; licensing, annual fees, and O&M boundaries are agreed per project, providing enterprises with a secure and scalable audio cloud foundation.
